Well I was considering the bottom of the range around the $27.50 area..Just 2 days traded below that in my lookback timeframe..$27.50ish level has been tested a few times..Would like to see it hold..that would give a green light to take shot at a trading range rally(if I was playing it)..Longer term it is hard for me to argue either way..Next 6 months could be rough for an investor(vs trader)..Time will tell if that range extends down to $21ish..We may have a smaller trading range within a larger trading range . Who knows? PE isn't too bad at these levels..
