Nothing can be done about it, of course. I mean, aside from the usual, talking about it.

I wonder what is promised in the communications that follow the first donation. If fraud takes place, or influencing old, incompetent people to part with money, there would be legal recourse.

But there would have to be motivation to investigate and prosecute this sort of crime.
