A week ago Ferris Baker Watts initiated coverage on WCII in a 32 page Buy report. Their DCF model suggested a 12 month target of $30 using 20% hurdle rate and 10x 2008 EBITDA. They note WCII debt securities currently yielding around 20% too and emphasize that company is funded well into 2002.
