Like I wrote in my post, if the brochures were sent, they were sent to the wrong people or simply ended up first or eventually in the circular file- that is the trash- most likely never read.
Note: there was not only no pilot "run" or program, but these brochures were sent to most schools k through 12, where the program was inappropriate anyway. The distribution wasn't even focused to the schools (the target markets in terms of age and economics) that could best utilize the program.
The brochures should have been given to "anyone" to walk into the (their) schools in their neighborhoods to discuss and organize. Anyone willing to pursue and push through the use of the program would get some pay back (a profit cut) for their time and efforts. Anyone willing and good at such organization, being able to make a business out of it, could become a "distributor" w. no distributor fee of 7K, 19k or 32k to get started.
I wrote something very similar nearly a year ago.

On this issue I've been consistent as has my opinion that RG is and was a PT Barnum type.
Whether there was purposeful negligence, and whether or not there is proof that brochures were never sent, I do not know nor do I think that any of us will ever know.
W/o concrete evidence all you have is speculation. Personally in lieu of all the missed predictions, and rosy performa throughtout the entire internet sector, fixating on the past of RG in this bubble context isn't worth the time, the energy or the speculation.
Even the SEC has much much bigger fish to fry.
Time to move forward, and read the link contained in my next post.
