I caught a little bit of CNBC tonight. It's amazing to see the sentiment change with really only one bad day for the techs in weeks. It goes to show you that this recent leg up has not been based on the sturdiest of foundation. My call of the past couple of weeks has been simply that many of the major players in the tech arena are not in a position for a major break into higher prices. After the action today I believe many will be bracing themselves for a very rough couple of weeks ahead. The major test will be to see whether those old lows established a few weeks ago can hold. Stocks like ORCL, SUNW, SDLI, JDSU, INTC, AMZN, ADCT, ARBA, and CSCO should be tested the earliest and should be watched to see whether they break that all too crucial support set in January. Here are a couple more stocks to watch in the upcoming week that could find themselves under significant pressure: SFA, ICCI, IBM, GILD and INRS.

As I said those old support levels should be watched carefully. The more stocks that break those levels, the more dire the long term consequences.

Good trading.
