There are many. You could use stochastics here on SI (probably the simplest). BBs are great because they give you a quantitative measure of how much overbought/oversold the stock may be. But always be careful. Every type of indicator has limitations. Overbought/oversold indicators are great in a range bound market. If the bound market breaks into a strong up or down trend, the overbought/oversold indicators are likely to stay overbought/oversold for a very long time.
