Tom, Why do you think AT&T would take until early 1998 to complete their evaluation unless they wanted to compare the Ciena product to some of the competition's offerings. (also to wring some price concessions out of the vendors) Apparently they don't have the more urgent capacity problems that Sprint must have had. Seems like Worldcomm might be interested in playing the same game since the agreement they have with Ciena was non-exclusive after the end of the year...correct?
