OT: JESSE JACKSON HIRES FORMER CHILD MOLESTER AS
CONSULTANT

The Rev. Jesse Jackson's admission of adultery and fathering an
illegitimate child has caused him a significant public relations problem in recent
weeks.

Now, he has another problem. New York Post columnist Rod Dreher
revealed on Jan. 30, that Jackson has hired convicted child molester and former
Congressman Mel Reynolds to be his consultant on prison reform.
Reynolds is certainly familiar with prisons. He spent 2 ? years in jail for conviction
on criminal sexual assault and solicitation of child pornography. Reynolds appeared with Jackson last Sunday at Chicago's Salem Baptist Church service.

One former Jackson reporter told the New York Post, "My God,
[Reynolds] had sex with a young girl. He went to jail for kiddie porn. This is sick."
Reynolds was pardoned by President Clinton on his last day in office.
