Do we know enough to develop a remotely reasonable projection of milestone/royalty payments from database collaborators?

1) 30,000 royalty licenses now. Increasing at what rate?
2) First trials in 2001? Increasing at what rate? Milestone $amounts. Other milestones (PII/PIII)preceding royalties?
3) Royalties starting in 2005? Increasing at what rate?
4) Royalty rate 1-2%?
5) Probability distribution of royalty bearing drug/diagnostic target market $ sizes?

Any interest in pursuing this?
