I've seen a consistent pattern of lower grades and recoveries in these reports. I know because I've been reading them and I don't really don't have to cull for it. Producers have been high grading production (along with an epidemic of short sighted neglect of other items)and I suspect it is now coming home to roost. If you are challenging this assumption, perhaps your own counterpoint evidence is called for?
