Rick,

Heard of these guys? They're down in your area somewhere. They are in the Security Guard business I believe. Talks about State Licensing... Give them a call and see if they are hooked up with Sylvan/Identix.

Private Patrol Operators - ALERT!

The Bureau Promotes and Supports LiveScan - Click here to see the BSIS Endorsement

DID YOU KNOW??

If an employee or a new hire doesn't send in their fingerprints within THREE DAYS after you've hired them,
that YOU can get hit with a huge fine?

Straight from their website: BSIS announces stiff fines for non-submittal of employee fingerprints. dca.ca.gov

As you can see, the new law became effective January 1st, 2001. This law (formerly known as Senate Bill
2123) will drastically change the way your company hires and employs new security officers. As you can
also tell, the fines to the private patrol operator are increased dramatically.

In response to this latest legislation, LiveScan San Diego is prepared to assist in the processing of
fingerprints for your new hires. With the LiveScan technology available, it will be extremely beneficial to
your company to have your applicants/security officers fingerprinted in this manner. You would receive
proof of LiveScan service for the employee, which if audited, would show that you complied with the law -
thereby ELIMINATING the possibility of a $2,500 fine for each employee/ occurrence.

$2,500 PER EMPLOYEE! Can YOUR company's "bottom line" afford that?

Let LIVESCAN SAN DIEGO help!

Give us a call at 619-631-7535.

I'm wondering if there may be a similar ruling for the rest of the professions that require fingerprinting for the state of California?
