But you can't show me that real money has ever been spent on inner city schools- because it hasn't been- and oddly enough we are throwing less and less, and people complain about throwing "more". I don't expect to get much support because people don't really want to help the poor, not because they've been throwing so much money at the problem, but because they don't want to throw any money at the problem. And since ANY is too much, enough to really do anything is impossible.
