Some people, no names, will make three posts out of ten, effectively saying exactly the same thing and mentioning exactly the same stocks. Others will refute them, with exactly the same arguments, multiple times.
I'm afraid I just don't have the time to follow 100+ posts a day, when most of them are reiterations of what I already know the posters' positions to be.
I agree with you totally!!
But unfortunately there is no way for anyone of us to police posts here on S I. And forget about Yahoo or RagingBull, or most any other place for that matter. You could make bomb threats there and not get kicked. And at the same time, the demand has been actually GROWING for places to talk with substance, organization of pertinent materials and a lack of nonsense. And that is why I am excited about the many possibilities in the very near future [we are already expanding capabilities, due to stronger than expected demand, and we haven't even opened yet].
Here is a very interesting article which features our friends Dr.Bob and Trader J. Despite the downturn in time spent online, which was expected with the market of 2000. . . the savvy more demanding investors want something more. And they DON'T want the nonsense. Message 15246126 I hope S I takes note of this and avoids going free.
