tern is one of many..what about mot, exds, xla, NTAP (3 weeks ago), Etrade, AMCC, I have never considered subscribing to his letter, every month i check his picks to know which stocks to avoid....and so far worked great.....when he added Ntap I picked up EMC...sweet move..then he dumped CIEn and I picked.....You take being lucky on QCOM away, he has done nothing but burn his own subscribers.
