Another question:has the following been resolved?

However, there is a dark side to this offering. Since 4/11/00, the firm has been under a Grand Jury investigation for improperly disclosing proprietary information. While the merits of the FBI investigation and the outcome are uncertain, it raises major risks and will divert resources from productive activities.
