Ted, It is pretty obvious that Bush is trying to set himself up as an economic saviour with his tax cuts. The first act is to whip everyone up into a recession frenzy. The second act will be pushing tax cuts quickly through the Congress (before the interest rate cuts have had time to work.) The third act will be taking credit for the miraculous turnaround from the deep depression we are now facing. What a slimeball. Scumbria
