Chris;
At one time HOPR was supposed to own 8.8 million shares
of CWRC as best as I can recall. Bill P. has been trying
to distance himself from HOPR since he disconnected the
phones and took down the name plate. Unless you are playing
daytrading penny stock games, you should stay away from
both companies, IMHO. They both have a 100% record of
doing nothing but issueing press releases on deals that
fall through. Put your money elsewhere!
With the current market, there are plenty of deals out there
in companies that are making money and have a future.
