To cut to the point in response to your statement my view of extrinsic morality is really extrinsic. Even extrinsic to God.

So where does it come from, and how is it revealed?

If you choose to follow your own notion of extrinsic morality, that's fine with me, even if it requires you to wear a mask so you don't breathe in any insects. If you want to impose this morality on anyone else, though, you need to be able to demonstrate convincingly that it exists, and that its rules are what you believe them to be.
