And you can't run Tbirds at 1.5GHZ without special cooling - which wouldn't be used on an evaluation Tyan. Those had to be Athlon Palaminos, unless the whole thing's just a figment of someone's imagination. And judging by your recent hysteria, you've had confirmation that those systems are being evaluated at OEMs. Remember when the Pikachu numbers came out showing that P4 had a real problem when it tried to run mainstream code? The P4 numbers were so low everybody doubted their legitimacy, but they turned out to be accurate. Looks like it's happened again, but in this case the numbers are so high they've raised everyone's suspicions. Dan
