I'm enclosing the results of my recommendations, which were quite good - Average gain of 52%. I did not do a portfolio, and shouldn't be compared with them - just totaling up the results from two posts, 17 stocks.

I did generally try to select stocks that I thought were good, and could be held beyond the January effect itself. And I still agree with myself that the effect was unusually strong this Winter.
