Dave, RE: warnings There is no cut and dried rule about warnings. Companies are just required to release important information as soon as practicable. A one penny miss of estimates would be just a blip on the screen for a lot of companies. For Cisco, I think that it would be a lot more significant, and I am pretty sure that management realizes that.
