I think we may see some buying when the dip comes..2650 may be a bounce/buying point.Csco forecast is very important and just maybe theres a little IT spending in the big picture. Companies know that the feds are going to boost the economy and you don't want to get caught with your pants down and market share is up for grab in every industry.
