Fred, this is what I have been saying for the past 7 days! Chambers didn't act properly. He didn't warn but he warned! You can read in what he said in Davos and a month before in Dec. whatever you want. He can always say I told you!
On the other hand, when every other major hi-tech has warned and there is definite slow down, it was obvious that CSCO couldn't get away unscratched!
