Golly, their response is helpful... Translation: Since the the problem is at your end and not ours, we don't know or care what your system's doing. On second thought, let me know which file you downloaded. That way, if your concern reaches the attention of my boss, I'll be able to say I've checked it out and found nothing amiss. In Explorer, click View, Folder Options..., File Types tab. Select Lotus Approach and edit the entries to remove .ZIP in the Extension Type box. This won't help you UnZip stuff: Just stop Approach from trying. Cheers, PW.
