It’s funny that this board is on the internet with the capability for instant communication and it’s about as speedy as the pony express.

With all the dot com’ers going down and out it’s noteworthy that DEC was the first company to have a website. I guess it started two trends. First the website, second the going out of business part.
Good call on HM in November Tom. Hope you picked some up. How often do you see a 100 year low?

Bruno, what’s the deal with BND? Any way to time that stock?

Any other ideas out there? Tom, Bruno, John?

I’ve been holding amln for quite a while, though it’s tempting to trade the frequent ups and downs. They have a good pipeline, passed phase 3 for their first drug (which is for diabetes) and are awaiting word from their recently submitted NDA from the FDA. No safety issues, makes patients feel better, should reduce the nasty complications from diabetes and has the good side effect of stopping weight gain and providing some weight loss (not for non diabetics). The second drug could be a winner too.

I’m short term bearish on general technology. Maybe when the tax cut deal gets close the market will pop a bit.
I’m straddling intc and trading gbix. I’ve been in and out of cree for a bit but probably should pick some up for longer term holding.
