What is interesting is that the XLK with this possible rising wedge breakdown is forming the right shoulder of an INVERTED HEAD(double head) and SHOULDERs.

As I have mentioned several times in the past, Im still bearish longer term and am expecting some sort of a retest down the road, just not right now(low probability), so Im not wary of a failed rally, since Im expecting one. Also Im still not eliminating the possibiity of a strong selloff now either, although I feel the probability is low.
