Hi Ramsey:

I think your right about there being some tie in, but I don't understand what licensing Sprint, et al need from them. If they're paying all this to money to QCOM where does APC fit in. I've also got to wonder how anybody's going to make a decent margin in this technology with so many layers of manufacturing & licensing.
