What are others opinions.

With such large insider holdings it won't make any difference but I will vote no on the share increase as well as the stock incentives.

Let them meet some projections and show some share price appreciation before management takes an even bigger share of potential profits. They got their options at a certain price and should live with that as we live with the stock at the price we paid.
