They could do two things with their cash flow: 1. buy some projects (I'm sure both of us have some candidates there?) 2. close out a large chunk of their forward contracts at current levels for substantial gains. If they did that, perhaps eight times cash flow could be justified. Otherwise IMO ABX is about 30% overpriced.
