Hospital stocks are resting after a big advance since 2000:
HRC up 600% since May 2000. Big advance. It is now resting. The advance will resume as soon as it becomes clear that HMOs will have to pay more for healthcare. The reason for that is decreased Hospital and Emergency Room supply to fund the Free Healthcare System, <vbg> which IS " the system " that has kept healthcare going under the Clinton Administration which did NOTHING to solve this problem.
