Most likely a reverse split for GLMC

CMGI has warrants to purchase 2 million shares at $3.60. Rose Glen capital has 5000 shares in a convertible debenture which currently can be converted to I believe up to 18 million shares at 7/16. The two deals represent approximately the same dollar figure.

The problem is trying to figure out if either of these arrangements will be split adjusted.

Also, the recent trading activity suggests that RGC is in debt to market makers, who can most easily be compensated with a split.
