"Nixon evidently had his post-Presidency office in NYC also, BUT he was in a Federal building, and the rent was ZERO." He got lucky, should have been in a Federal penetentiary, not simply a Federal office building...rent in jail would have been zip as well...you made your own bed, now go lie in it as my mom used to say.
