Joe, Under Eisenhower, the marginal tax rates were close to 90%. The economy has been booming under Clinton. Greenspan got carried away last year and screwed it up, but that has now been corrected. Republicans thrive on endless philosophy, whining, and theory. Clinton delivered a real-life, tangible, budget surplus. Bush has enough rope to hang us all. Scumbria
