I was referring to the fighting between 2 or 3 people; not these 3 threads collectively. I agree with you about the conduct in these threads being largely beyond reproach for quite some time now.

However, to a point raised in another reply to your message, if someone gets accused publicly of sending "intimidating" and "threatening" PM's, it is understandable that they would want to refute that publicly. Their public silence could lead many to believe the allegations are true.

It's not as much a matter of "hashing out" a ToU issue publicly as it is defending one's self: either against private threats or against public accusations of the same.

Edit: All of that said, I'd have to agree that the "accusations" have been given sufficient bandwidth as have the "refutations", so any more on the subject publicly is unnecessary and inappropriate.
