why do you think that JDSU has such incredibly high short interest? Go to your investing dictionary and look up arbitrage. I sold 600 JDSU to buy 200 SDLI when it was a 2.95 ratio. Others could have shorted JDSU and bought SDLI to do the same with low dollar outlay. The ratio is now like 3.7. Nice move for those that did it. William
