It closed on the lower Bollinger band, and the candlestick indicates a possible reversal to the upside. But MACD 13/34/89 (longer-term MACD) is heading for a crossover down below 0. That's not a good sign. And overall, the Naz still looks bad. So I'd say that ORCL is a pass for the time being, that it's giving mixed signals. That's not to say that others won't see it as a good buy or a good short.

That interesting plot that Chris showed with MACD -- well, look at that with the Nasdaq, with various guesses at the periods. Try, for example, 13/34/5. It looks terrible. It's giving the sell signal.
