Don't support PPA then. Support Roe v Wade.
As the header says,
"We each have our own reasons for supporting choice. There may be some efforts you feel are not in line with your personal reasons."

I guess now is about as good a time as any for me to reveal again, right here on SI, that I had a baby and placed her for adoption. That was my choice. I couldn't justify an abortion for myself at that time. I was young and strong and healthy.

I don't DO abortion. I DO support a woman's right to it.

I hate the idea of PPB too, I am revolted by the idea, but think that prohibiting it is a ruse used by those who wish to limit choice in general. I wonder, how many PPB last year? How many early term abortions? Is RU486 just as offensive? Is it less unacceptable than PPB or early term abortions? But we can't hash it out here.

When someone says that overturning RvW won't affect a woman's right to choose it gives a false sense of security, and deflects from the real issue. Why not let it stand?
If I say PPB is the exception rather than the rule, it is equally off target.
I have to believe that is between a woman and her god.
