Rambus IR Response to rambusite member: "Here is what I received from Rambus Investor Relations: There is no formal investigation of Rambus by the FTC. If you look into the FTC process, you will find that any company can file a complaint and the FTC will study it to determine if an investigation is justified. If so, a formal investigation can then be started.
