If you draw a trendline in a one-year weekly chart, it looks like QQQ broke out of a downtrend in the middle of Jan (week of 1/19). Now it appears to be heading back toward the trendline that it broke above. If it can stay above 59 or so, maybe it'll be OK. If not, it might venture back to around 57. CSCO reports tomorrow, and that'll be interesting.
