Only one President in your lifetime has had a balanced budget. Guess which one?

In my lifetime, there were Republican and Democrat president, but for the first time in my lifetime Republicans have been in control of Congress, and see what happens - balanced budget.

If all it takes is a Democrat president, why didn't we have balanced budget under Carter? How about LBJ?
