Hi Essam,

EV.ASE (Erin Ventures) is a company with a 52 week lo/hi of $0.40/$4.90, currently trading in the $2.00/$2.20 range. I have been following and accumulating this stock since last August. Typical tradinging volume for an average day is under 10,000 shares. I firmly believe the company has excellent potential to be $6.00 by year end or sooner.

May 28th Whalen Beliveau crossed almost 100,000 in three blocks and they crossed another block of 70,000 shares today. The were on both sides (buyer and seller) on all these crosses. Something must be going on, however there is no new information to be leaked (I talked to Tim Daniels, president, just last week).

Other than the interest in the block trades themselves, something else arouses my curiosity. Information at Canada StockWatch (which goes back to September '96) indicates that since September 1st 1996 Whalen has never been active as a buyer or a seller of this stock. Other than having accumulated these shares prior to September 1996, where could these shares they are crossing, be coming from?? Is it possible for a brokerage to be shorting on the sell side of block crosses like this??
Your opinions (or any one else's for that matter) would be most welcome.

Richard
