QuesTec.com, Inc. Completes Name Change
DEER PARK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2001--QuesTec.com, Inc. (``QuesTec''), (OTCBB Stock Symbol: QSTI), announced that the company has formally changed its name to QuesTec, Incorporated to better reflect the company's business-to-business market positioning, and to properly reflect the value of its products and services. QuesTec serves a broad range of clients to provide web applications for real-time webcasting and non-web applications for sports broadcasting, statistical analysis, training systems and print media.
QuesTec Board Chairman, Steven B. Greenfield, Esq. said of the name change: ``The QuesTec brand is well established worldwide and management has determined that the addition of descriptive words to the name would only limit us in the future.''
QuesTec is a content-oriented company that provides real-time measurement, replay and analysis products for sports, entertainment and digital media.
