I work and try to get involved with short position trades at the same time, last Friday I got caught with no stops in place and never reversed my opinions or position and floundered in a panic for the day ( basically all discipline went out the window). After reflecting on it through the weekend I have closed out the losing position, re-examined the other holdings and will rush very, very slowly back into the short-term trading arena. My confidence in myself and and my ability to recogonize a trend is very shaky again so patience is required, IMO. Have good trades.
