Fred, I think that the NASD probably made it's low for the week yesterday, there is a lot of negativity about
CSCO's results later today and I think that is bullish.
fairly broad tech strength today

keep an eye on MSFT, it looks like it's getting ready to go above it's 200 dma @ 65 ish for the
first time in 9 months or so. names like MSFT, IBM, have been greater relative strength lately than in
quite a while.
