DDR is all over the place. There has been a slow start for DDR DIMMS, but that will be corrected soon.

More promises. Those are a dime a dozen and have been coming for years. DDR in systems was launched 3 months ago and it's been a failure so far.

Most DDR applications do not use DIMMS, and the technology is quite mature.

Sounds like you're saying it's a niche technology.

Don't fool yourself.

I'm simply looking at the DDR launch in systems to date. It's been a joke. Give me some evidence otherwise, or you're the one fooling himself. Where're the systems? Show me an IBM web system, or a Gateway system, or Dell or HP system. After three months, virtually all of these vendors had RDRAM systems. If you think the momentum for RDRAM was slow, the momentum for DDR, after 3 months, is non-existent.
