It is not level 2 but simply the news wire that Schwab provides via the Velocity software. It is a Dow Jones news wire. I do not know anything about the Porpoise Corp but just thought I would pass it on for general info.The fastest method to get 144 filings is to join Edgar.com and pay for each 144 filing you examine. You would have known on the 2nd instead of today. I think the price is $2 per 144 examined. edgar-online.com
