Hi Steve,
I don't much know about Options other than what I am reading in the thread. Thanx for the valuable info re Call Options before split announcements. That explains the large negative numbers beside DELL options. The stock is splitting on July 22, 1997.
See if I understand you correctly.
The idea is to buy before the announcement of a split. How does one know?

If you hear of another deal like PRST please do let me know.
My Email is: rsadana@mail.yesic.com

Thanx once again. I'll look for splits.
There is a stock NCT just listed on New York. I think it's going to do well. They just signed up with DELL to provide financing to their customers.
Also I missed the boat on OSIA. It has split twice in the last year. It has moved up from 29 to 35 in a week again.

Any thoughts! Regards, Ravi Sadana
PS I am in Toronto, Canada Where abouts are you located?
I hope you don't mind my asking for your opinions. My broker is a dud. He cost me $25000 last year for nothing! So now I'm own my own
