OK your correct.

Reagan handled the budget quite responsibly, and the National Debt is not 700% of what it was in 1981, and we are not have a budget surplus under Clinton.

There is lots of money for a big tax cut, financing Star Wars, and we don't really pay hundreds of billions in interest on the debt every year.
