Angelique: Sounds like Greg is back peddling a bit. Read all his posts on this subject. IMHO, Greg likes to boast a bit and this 'Warning' is a bit out of character for him. He generally enjoys claiming that he could personally kill this patent. But no E-data Patent infrigement defendants(to my knowledge) have utilized his services. EVERYONE has an opinion on this patents validity. I suspect that this news which Greg relates is because E-Data is starting to explain to the defendants or new licensees where and how they are infringing. The messages on the news groups are picking up. Few of the people posting believe that the patent can stand up. I am a programmer , own E-Data stock but don't know which side will win. It is definitely interesting watching this happen. Deja News - search on e-data. Power search is better. Regards, George
