I am so sorry. I know how that hurts. It is one thing to rebuild the portfolio, and another to rebuild the confidence in yourself. I once took a very large loss. I carried the confirmation around in my pocket for a long time, and looked at it, thought about it, thought about why I did that. It was more than losing the money, it was a disappointment in myself. I knew better. And it was a lost confidence in my abilities as a trader. It took time to rebuild trust in myself. Time for reflection about the reasons I did not stop out. It took small careful steps to get back.
